METHOD OF PAYMENT
Please note the payment is required at advance of the conference. Please make checks (in U.S. fund drawn on a U.S. bank) payable to Aseptic Processing Conference. Confirmation of your registration will be sent. Fully payment must accompany registration form. Registrations received without payment will not be processed.
CANCELLATIONS/SUBSTITUTIONS
Your registration form may be transferred to a member of your organization at any time. Requests for cancellation (by mail or fax) must be received by June 3, 2008 in order to receive credit for attending another Advanstar event. Please be aware that cancellations will not be accepted after that date. All cancellations are subject to a $325 processing fee. Advanstar is not responsible for any airfare, hotel, or other costs incurred by registrants. Speakers subject to change without notice.
CONFERENCE MATERIALS
As of October 2007, IVT has chosen to "Go Green." We are proud to provide our delegates with the most up-to-date electronic files, before, during and after the live event. Electronic presentations will be available within one week of the conference. Participants are encouraged to download the material before attending the event, as hard copies will not be provided on site. Communication will be sent to registered participants notifying them when electronic versions of materials are available for download. Materials will be available for one month following the live conference.
